The Création Baumann „THINK FORWARD“ Award

The Création Baumann „Think Forward“ Award is an international competition and a call for creative solutions and innovative designs in the field of interior decoration fabrics. This future-oriented competition awards novel ideas and contributions presenting an exceptional innovation potential in a specific focus field.

The series of competitions first launched in 2008 with „GECKO: Think Forward“ offers participants a platform to present their projects and thus serves as a mean to acclaim exceptional and outstanding performance in this area.

2010’s competition, „SYSTEMS: Think Forward“, addresses young university talents studying design, arts, interior design and architecture. The competition calls for the development of a novel interior shading product.

2012 Création Baumann is seeking with the Think Forward „RECREATE TEXTILES“ creative and ecological as well as economically meaningful solutions for using discontinued lines in a second life cycle.
