Initial situation
Areas for First Class visitors, lounge areas and spas were built in the new terminal at Heathrow Airport.
As a main element glass was used, and so modern textiles where needed to provide privacy and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Solution
Subsequently, and in line with British Airways Corporate Identity, many of the rooms were fitted in blue red or white. The first class lounges on the mezzanine level above the Terminal are installed with opaque sheers to offer privacy from other passengers. The luxurious Elemis Spa was also a feature for designed drapes where an open space can be divided into individual private treatment rooms to, create complete opaque areas.
