Starting point

The day care centre was incorporated into the nursing home and was antiquated. Renovation of the day care centre was essential as new customers were becoming thin on the ground.
The day care centre was to be revitalised into a tranquil, pleasant place, designed in the style of a café.

Solution

The hospital feel needed to be counteracted with beautiful patterns. The curtains are used as a room divider and separate the sitting area from the sleeping area.
