Situation
In a century-old house, where the castle’s servants used to live, Francine Broos furnished her own home as part of the Carte Blanche project. A modern building was erected on the grounds, now housing the Francine Broos Interieurarchitecten studio headquarters.
Solution
In her private residence, Francine Broos skilfully combined various finishes and furniture from different eras, for example, the fine texture of the UNIVERSAL curtain and the rough walls of the living room, which perfectly complement each other. The chosen colour concept is based on light hues and enables the textiles of the Cotton & Stories collection to unfold all their beauty and quality.
