Epunto for a fantastic outlook: in a converted barn in the Swiss mountains, this taffeta curtain combines visual privacy with transparency, as well as a reference to traditional crocheted craft.

Starting point

An existing barn and stable, built in the typical style of this area, was dismantled and reconstructed to create a family home on a very small footprint.

Solution

A curtain was required to provide visual privacy with respect to the neighbouring houses, while not completely obscuring the view of the fabulous scenery available from the house.
Epunto combines visual privacy with transparency. Epunto could also be regarded as modern interpretation of the original crocheted curtains still to be found in some old farmhouses – another aspect that contributed to this decision.
