Thanks to their in-house research and production, Création Baumann is able to offer customised textile designs: We use digital printing to transfer individual designs to our textiles of your choice, creating fabrics with compelling functional characteristics to ideally integrate with your private spaces.
For transfer printing processes, we print the motifs onto specially coated paper and then guide them with an unprinted textile over a heated calender roller. The heat releases the colour, making the printed fabric lightproof and washable.
Whether at home, in the office or in public spaces, whether curtains, roller blinds, separating walls or acoustic panels: We offer you 30 different textiles, so you can give free rein to your creativity.
Let your individual character shine—from as little as 5 running metres (roller blinds 25 running meters). How to:
1. Decide on fabric and motif
You choose from our range of high-quality base fabrics and send a digital version of your favourite motif to: printing(at)creationbaumann.com
2. Approve sample/quotation
We will send you a quotation and shortly afterwards a printing sample for your approval.
3. Enjoy your unique piece
Once you have confirmed your sample, costs and the requested order amount, your unique digital piece will go into production—and will be delivered to you fresh from the press.
A WHOLE WEALTH OF FUNCTIONS: YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM A TOTAL OF 30 TEXTILES FOR PRINTING—WHETHER TRANSPARENT OR FLAME-RETARDANT, WITH GLARE OR THERMAL PROTECTION, AS BLACKOUT OR ADHERENT, WHETHER ROLLER BLIND OR ACOUSTIC FABRICS.
Private residence, Zurich, Switzerland
The large window fronts of this contemporary new building demanded visual protection meeting the high standards of aesthetics and functionality. Digitally printed, the new curtains fulfil their required function while perfectly coming into their own as a design element. This resulted into customised ornamental curtain designs for six rooms, plus matching cushions.
Swiss textile association, Zurich, Switzerland
The interior walls of the meeting rooms were lined with textiles whose designs express the values of the textile association. The digitally printed tapestries lend the rooms a softness only textiles can create. The precisely printed stripe pattern symbolise the exactness of modern technology while the colour gradients are reminiscent of dynamic spontaneous screen printing.
Swisscom, work and project rooms, Bern, Switzerland
Needed: a way to partition the office space and acoustically separate it: Using acoustic curtains as room dividers offers the variability of making the project and workshop rooms larger or smaller as needed. The lengths of fabric were digitally printed on one side with the GALA jacquard cloth design, matching the floor’s orange and blue colour concept. A printed and a plain length of fabric were hung alternately.
Whatever your design: Our expertise, technology and large selection of high-quality base fabrics ensure that virtually every request can go into production—in the exceptional textile and print quality you can expect of Création Baumann.
