The V&A is a global organisation maintaining international partnerships, trade, travel trade shows, credit, and consultation, to give as wide and international an audience as possible an understanding of its collections.
Solution
The V&A and the Metropolitan Museum of Art are engaged in an annual staff exchange programme. During the international presentation, the "Medieval and Renaissance Treasures" exhibition of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London was shown in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Textiles by Création Baumann were used for display cabinets and on exhibits.
