The historic building was elaborately converted into a Four Seasons Hotel with flats.
The conversion of the listed historic building in the City of London into a Four Seasons Hotel with flats was very complex. In 2019 the project was awarded the City Heritage Award. An award given to the best conservation or restoration projects in the City of London.
The finished hotel has 100 guest rooms and 41 apartments.
